chop

Chop is a homegrown brand of headwear and apparel established in 2004 by Kiwi snowboarders Hayley Knights and Deano Johnston.

Stemming from Wanaka it’s rapidly branching it’s way throughout New Zealand and the rest of the world, already making appearances on World Cup podiums, the ‘MOST WANTED’ page in Transworld Snowboarding magazine, and on Benny Bright at the ESPN Winter X Games.

Inspired by the apres-ski scene starting at 4.20, a small buisness making a big impact on the N.Z Snow Industry. Hooking up a team of the countries top snowboarders and skaters along with some of the N.Z music scenes big-hitters.

For the first year CHOP was purely underground only avalible to those in the know, but now can be purchased at retail outlets locally and internationally or on our online store.
